  • What kind of tumblers do you use?
    • Hogg Stainless Steel Tumblers
  • How are your tumblers made?
    • All tumblers are made using epoxy resin, and cured appropriately. These are not sublimation tumblers. 
    • Process videos can be found on our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages.
  • What can I put on a cup?
    • Just about anything! Company logos, cattle brands, names, characters, patterns, and much more. 
    • There are very few limitations when it comes to designing a custom item. We have hundreds of glitter options, and countless decal design files. Please feel free to let us know what you have in mind and we will let you know if it's something we can do!
    • Visit our social media pages for photos of past designs.
  • How long does it take to make a tumbler?
    • On average, 3-5 days. May take up to two weeks depending on the design and cup style. 
    • Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?
      • No! Our epoxy tumblers are hand-wash ONLY. We don't recommend that you put any stainless steel in the dishwasher as it can compromise its ability to keep your drinks warm or cold.
    • How do I care for my items?
      • Each of our items will come with a care card explaining how to properly care for it. 
      • Tumblers must be hand-washed only. Do not soak. While epoxy is durable, it is not shatter proof. Please avoid dropping.
      • For keychains, wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not drop, and avoid hitting them on hard surfaces.
      • Pens are completely refillable with PaperMate Ink Joy pen refills. Avoid putting it in your mouth. 
    • Can I put warm OR cold liquids in a tumbler?
      • Yes! Our tumblers will keep your drink hot OR cold for hours
    • How does the custom order process work?
      • Most people contact us via social media, email, text, or in person to discuss what they would like to have made. We will determine the product type you're wanting, size, colors, decals, etc. We use the custom order listings on the website to collect payment and shipping information. If you would like to purchase a custom item without reaching out to us first, you may do so and we will send you an email to begin the design process. Please keep in mind that all custom items are subject to availability, and may take 1-2 weeks to complete prior to shipping.
    • What kind of material do you use for decals?
      • All of our decals are cut from permanent adhesive vinyl of varying brands. They all come with transfer tape, and application instructions.
    • Can the decals be removed?
      • Yes! Although they're made of permanent vinyl, the decals can still be removed using the proper supplies to avoid scratching your surface. The decal will not be able to be applied again once you remove it. 
      • Removable vinyl is available upon request.
    • Are the decals weather resistant?
      • Yes! Permanent vinyl decals will withstand rain, wind, or snow. They also should not be harmed in the car wash if you place one on your vehicle. Please use caution when scraping ice or snow off of vehicle windows, or when using special devices (such as a pressure washer) to clean your vehicle.
    • How long before my order ships?
      • All pre-made, non-customized tumblers will ship within one business day. Custom orders ship within 72 hours of completion.
      • All other items may ship within one business day, unless there is a custom item included in your order.
    • Can I pick up my order same-day?
      • Most ready-to-ship items can be locally picked up same-day. We recommend contacting us via Facebook Messenger or by email to make sure we are available. If same-day pickup cannot be accommodated, we typically have items ready the following day. 
    • Do you ship internationally?
      • Currently, we only ship in the United States and to Canada.
    •  Do you accept returns?
      • We consider all sales to be final, but we will work with you to a certain extent to resolve any issues. Each item is hand made and therefore may contain minor imperfections. Custom orders cannot be resold and will not be accepted as a return. In the event a mistake was made on your custom order, we will gladly remake the item but you will need to ship the original back to us. Please be aware that all colors may appear differently on your device screen, and we cannot guarantee they will look exactly the same in person.
